TRESP Recruitment 2025 : As the nodal implementing agency of the Tripura Rural Economic Growth and Service Delivery Project (TRESP), which is being funded by the World Bank, the Society for TRESP under the Tribal Welfare Department (TWD) is now assembling a core TRESP project team. Young Professionals (YPs), Thematic Experts, Program Managers (PMs), Specialists, Chief Operating Officers, Procurement & Finance Officers, Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) and Management Information System (MIS) Officers, District Program Managers (DPMs), Block Program Managers (BPMs), Accounts Officers, and other Project Support Staff are included in this group. To carry out its several interventions within the project, the Society for TRESP has unique structures.

1. District Programme Manager - Education : Post graduate degree in Education/ Education Policy/ Early Childhood Education/ Management/ Development Studies from a recognized academic institution with 2 (Two) years Diploma in Computer Application.
2. District Programme Manager – Public Works : BE Civil or Master degree in Civil Engineering
3. Procurement Manager : MBA (Finance) or M.Com
4. Assistant Manager - HRM : BBA (HRM) / MBA (HRM) / Any Graduate / Post Graduate from any Government recognized University or academic institution
5. Block Programme Manager : BSc. In Agri / Horti / Vet / Fishery or BBA or Graduation in Economics/ Sociology/ Social Work/ Social Development/ Rural Management/ Rural Development
6. District Manager- Post Harvest & Marketing : Gaduation in Agribusiness / Supply Chain/Rural Management/Development /Bussiness Management / BBA
7. District Manager – Livestock : Graduation in Vety. Sciences
8. Cluster Coordinator– Livestock & Fishery : Graduation in Vet / Fishery
9. Cluster Coordinator- Agriculture & Horticulture : Graduate in Agriculture / Horticulture
10. Accounts Officer : Graduation in Commerce with certificate in Tally accounting
11. MIS cum Data Entry Operator : Graduation with ceritificate course in computer (of min. 6 Months)
